Unfortunately, none of the original threads have any pics...

The install is not as difficult as it looks.

The tricky part is dropping the fuel tank and removing the mechanical FP Regulator inside the fuel canister. But ZZP has that part covered.

You basically remove the ball and the level which holds the ball the ball to the port. The rest is pretty straight forward.

ok thanks, we will see how installing the DW300 goes. Do you have anything for the fuel pump rewire? This is the first time I have ever done anything with a fuel system

I have not done a fuel pump rewire.

Not yet. I actually drove the race car to work today. It has been way too long.

I sold my YYZ springs and am now running SS/TC springs. I got to get my new wideband installed and then make some time for the dyno. We will see what happens after that!

Re-wire install

http://www.zzperformance.com/blog/wp...ump-rewire.pdf

I'd help you out with that kit install wise but, how I did my kit is different. I did a feed line as well with all an fitting all around pretty much a one off in a sense.

Rewire is fairly easy, just remove the back bottom part of the seat. Make sure you have a file handy to open up the stock fuel pump location, it's a bit larger. Great pump though, I had a few pumps die on me from E85, I've been running this one close to a year without any issues so far.

What do you mean open up the stock fuel pump location?

The dw300 pump is not completely plug and go, you have to slightly modified the sending unit where the pump sits.

It says in the description that it pretty much is direct fit, needs some minor fitment and clearance issues.

Well I am not going to give it way. I had a craigslist for a little bit and I got a little interest. People were texting me "I found an 04 for $5k" in an attempt to low ball me. The RL will be around until I can find the right owner for it.

Absolutely destroyed a turbo Eclispe last night lol. Started from a roll and a dig and got at least 5 cars on him both times. Happened so quick that I didn't get a chance to turn on the GoPro but was still funny none the less.

Anyone going to the Union Grove deal on the 7th? I guess it's just a spectators fee to race that day.

Is it because he tuned it to have the option b and dual pass, which aren't obviously on there yet(which I don't have the money to do ATM)? Or what? Because it really pissed me off that when it starts to get nice out and all the nice cars start coming out that is when my car starts to drive like poop. Also the whole I paid whatever I paid for something that isn't working? Looks like a call to Vince might need to happen because my fuel trims are sure changing quite a bit when the weather changes.

Its not tunned for the dual pass and option b, email me at strazdice@hotmail.com are there any codes? If it wasnt working right it would have not been since the tune was loaded in. Also hes not in today so i wont have an answer until tomorrow

Ok I thought he tuned it for that because I said I was going to do it. No codes have come back on since that fuel code that one day. But when it gets warms I seem to lose low end torque? Like my car is just as fast but I need to go to like 5psi just to take off. Then once I get rolling it seems to level out? I kid think the tune needs to be tweaked a little bit more to get it 100%. Because at night when it cools down it drives great but durning the day when it's nice and the suns out it seems to not have the same low end torque and it's just going to get nicer outside. Suffering the overall drivability of the car and my MPG's are really suffering as well.

could be running too rich due to warmer temps. Mine was tuned in colder weather and once it got a bit warmer it ran a little richer, but being turbo i could just tweak the boost controller a hair to compensate. Man i miss my car. Need a snail on the trailblazer or better yet two lol.

So then what your saying is to get it re tuned in really hot weather? Because I don't have the ability to adjust a boost controller.
