I will not be traveling down to ced Friday due to the fact I have to throw breaks on the front of my car. 90k miles and I'm on to my first set of breaks id say I'm impressed.. I'm looking to drive down Saturday early morning.

i fell your pain, i had to replace all my calipers do to them all seizing on me, well least your still coming. 90k orig breaks please tell me im reading this wrong? di you fix the other stuff that was wrong up front yet controll arm bushing and hub bearings casue your **** was messs up when you were last at my house in sussex,

 

Id like to think the front end is bullet proof. New outer tie rods, controll arms, bushings, swaybar endlinks, trans mount, and the brakes will be next here. Yes 90k miles on my fronts my rears where replaced at 80. I was going to so them then but they just didn't need them yet. The rears went first cause they where catching due to the e brake not letting go when fully down. I need to take my car in for the stearing recall one of these days then ill do the inner tie rods seeing how I have them sitting here at the house.

No question my brakes lasted that long because of engine braking and coasting.

 

If you need inner tie rods you better just pick up a new steering rack...even GM says so.

i'm at 78k and just now going to replace pads and rotors this weekend. i'm actually quite impressed w/ how long the stocks lasted.

 

I. Have ordered them they are not suppose to be here till Friday or Saturday. If I need to go to the ups hub in oak creek to get them Friday night ill be doing that. I have a buddy who drives a semi truck for them so he is going to pull them aside when they get there.

I just had the most wonderful experiance today. My ******* useless waste of skin sister decided to bitch and moan and just whine to my mom about how bad her phone sucks and its a piece of ****. After my dad tells her to get a replacement, she refuses. Then he tells her no. She goes to my mom and whines and crys. Mom gives in of course. Well lookie there my sister isnt due for an upgrade..... (now comes the fun)... They then found out that MY line that I pay for, however is due for one, which i knew because my iphone is pretty beat up from being in an industrial enviroment for thelast year and a half. I was going to upgrade to the new Iphone 4 next week when it comes out. Well yesterday i try to check my work email from my phone, it says i am not subscribed to a data plan. WTF? i try again this morning and throughout the day and same ****. WTF??? Now im getting frustrated. I call my dad, ask if his internet on his phone works, Yep it does. Hmmmmm..... My mom then sends me a text Sorry, We used your upgrade because you sister wanted a new phone and she didnt want to pay $400. Now its all making sense, I call my mom yelling at screaming because she used my upgrade and they deleted all of my features that i pay for Including my voicemail inbox. I had to spend 45mins on the phone with AT&T trying to get my unlimited data plan back for the iphone since they no longer offer it to new users. My sister and mom didnt even have the common courtisy to ASK. WTF is wrong with people these days? Its always let me **** you before you **** me.

Yea Mark seems cool but the dan kid that put the car together was a tard. Just need to find someone that is actually good at tuning and not pretend. im willing to pay top $$$ for a good tune but everyone around here wont answer there phone or it just a dumb ass that think they can tune. Thinking of buying HP tuners and letting Mike lingquest from king tune it. at least ill know its done right.

 

There are one two tuners in wisconsin who know how to safely tune cobalts. One one of them post in this form and he is from the green bay area. The other one goes by the sn badls1 on other forums and he literally is the best hptuners tuner in the midwest.

If you guys need a tune, I tune. I am in between my gf's in Green Bay and my home in Illinois all the time, so we could work something out.

BTW, when I was coming up to GB this time (Thursday 6-17), I cruised shortly with a Yellow LSJ, aftermarket hood, black wing. It was on 41 near Beaver Dam. Anyone here??
