No I havn't given up on it. Just took a lil break from it. I bought more stuff for the fuel system I'm doing. Yeah that will never happen, Ill never get rid of the tvs. The TVS will be going on the stroker motor that I'm putting together but, I'm very sure you could find a good home for it thou, right on top of your intake manifold lol.

Ok guys I'm looking for a little help. My girl has a 02 sunfire with the 2.2 L61 Ecotec in it. Bought it timing chain issues. I put a new chain kit in it...go to fire it up last night and something is up.

It cranks just fine....it sounds a little off. We got it to pop once out of the intake before stopping our attempts at starting it. It doesn't make any weird noises while cranking, so I guess my question is could I be 180 degrees off?

Upon setting the timing, the instructions state to put cylinder 1 to tdc which would put the keyway for the crank pulley and sprocket at 5 o'clock position. Then it stated the Diamond on the intake cam sprocket needs to be in the 2 o'clock position and the triangle on the exhaust cam sprocket needs to be in the 10 o'clock position. All of which were correct...Maybe I'm on the wrong stroke, maybe I'm on the exhaust stroke and not the compression???
I would also double check your cam angle sensor.

I don't believe the 02 2.2 has a cam shaft position sensor

The 2.2 OHV(push rod motor) and the 2.2 DOHC(Ecotec) and the 2.4(quad Motor)don't. I Got my self confussed with cam position sensor. Is the motor turning over and firing. and running? and it's making noise, or making noise on the compression stroke? Or is it just idling like crap?

Yeah we can still do team rev stickers. Im not sure on the price on them for it has been a while. I had some made. depending on the size of the side one 10-12ish each or 20 for both. The front window banners were like some where in the 30-40$ from what I remember. When I did every thing on the tc for sandy it was like 47 for the big side and the front banners. The price goes up if its not just normal vynil. If its reflective or special the price goes up ext ext but, yes they can still be made.

If anyone hasn't see pics of the banners let me know I'll look for pics of the ones I had on my two Balts, they are great quality, I'm thinking about putting them back on my silver balt. But reflective. Just a heads up if anyone wants stickers they have to pay prior to jimbo or I and then they can be made. They only get made to order, so their new. And plus what am I going to do with them if you say you want it and never pay then I just paid for them ext. I had it happen in the past, so that's why I would prefer the money up front I'll even apply them for free. Any details just hit up Jimbo and he can text me or ext ext. If the stickers were only like a few bucks I'd front the money.

I'll post pics up later tonight. I'm at work on break now. I'll post front window banner and side banners.I'm not 100% on the price I want to guess and say if price went up prop 30-40 for a front alone and like 50ish for all three. I have to check it's been lil over a yr since I have gotten some for anyone. And when I find out a price, I have pay pal so that bee the best way for it other wise come and pay for it on the day I get it.
