That sucks. Don't know if i've said this yet. I picked up the balt Thursday July 13th. The kids didn't know I was getting the car. My older daughter needed a car. I pulled in the drive way and she came out and her jaw hit the ground. Then she realized I was holding up the keys to the Mercury. She turned and looked at the Merc, grabbed the keys and started screaming "My car". 8 AM the next morning she totaled the car. Didn't even have it 12 hours.

 

after a few months of beign MIA i am back,, still trying to go, so heres hopeing, requested days off so unless boss conjures up a reason i cant have off ill be set.

It looks like we'll be taking up about 2 parking lots, so the earlier you get there, the better. I'm getting their extra early since I will be helping out

yea, I hear ya'. Everyone else is glad it's on a Saturday as well....there are people coming from Deleware, Rhode Island, Maryland...etc....etc.

I've learned that 90% of the redline kids are all talk and no show when it comes to the meet, so no, you guys don't count until they're physically there....lol except for JR, he's my pal

Most of us are not Kids, and are not in the area. lol. Heck, we got the half-doors for OUR kids. Anywho, I obviously can't make it out there too easily, and I don't have any kids of my own, so even though the rest of us don't fit your generalization, I suppose I still do. But you're all welcome to come to my Madison WI meet.

 

Jersey redline owners.......if you look closely at the thread in the "other" forum you'll see that most of the people who posted that they are coming are from jersey.....and if you're not 40 or older, I refer to you as "kid"...just to clear that up....as for the meet in WI, I'll pass, thanks though

 

agreed! for the ct meet i was talking to deb, like yea we're gonna meet aroudn 8 or so, she says "Ok, i'll be there at 6"
