Same price as a GT. Ill take the goodies that Steeda did to make this car handle over a car that can only go straight

Remember fella's this car was shipped to Steeda themselves for them to work on. Its not just lowering springs and a control bar.

Full Steeda suspension

I like the fact the engine has been untouched meaning un molested.
Big room for a big supercharger.

The Stang will hold it's value better. Just ditch that gay wing.

Mustangs suck. If you choose the Steeda then enjoy your 255rwhp V8. ZzZzZzZz.

Wow, I didn't even notice the CF lip and the wing on the steeda. Are you kidding me?

All I know is one of my coworkers used to beg me to take him places on our lunch hour because his awesome mustang was always on empty. I know this thread "isnt about gas", but thats what it boils down to for the average joe.

If I were in your shoes I'd be all over the balt.

"I hate Ford."

"Mustangs suck"

such idiocy.

255 rwhp is still better than the #'s i'd expect the TC to put down #'s to the frontwheels, while the mustang is RWD...an unmistakable plus...and is easily modifiable to a very driveable RWHP without a turbo or supercharger that exceeds any #s a daily-drivable cobalt can accomplish with a turbo OR supercharger. safely, too, I might add.

and i've spent more time behind the wheel of a mustang than anything else. and never had a problem with gas. the ones who do are the ones that can't manage their money, or couldn't really afford the car in the first place. (note, just because you can squeek by on payments and insurance doesn't mean you can afford it)

Eh, steeda isn't even cool. It's like saying it's an AEM Civic Si....it means nothing.

As for Mustang HP, Mine has mods in sig and makes 298rwhp/325rwtq that's basically intake, catless pipes and tune.

Fernando (SRT-Killer on these forums) has the same mods on his GT, and a Shot of Nitrous and he made 475/525 to the wheels. That's just another $700 in mods on top of mine.

RWD V8 muscle all the way. If you like stangs go for it. I would. Put a nice set of headers etc and she sounds great as well. It all comes down to what you really want. I just put a bid down on a 67 vette myself

Umm FYI, headers on the new 3v motors make a whopping 2rwhp difference. Only reason for having them is sound. And even then the 3vs still sound wierd not very muscly at all.

Ummm FYI , learn to read, I was simply referring to headers adding a great tone to the engine... 3v I heard with headers didnt sound that bad.. better than any 4cyl I heard that day

I have a mustang obsession, so that's where my vote goes, especially in blue. Probably also why i own 2 mustangs and only 1 cobalt. lol

A lot of hate and love on this forum. People seem to skip the fact that it isnt just a GT with a body kit.

IMO if you are gonna go with a 'stang,......... come off the wallet and get a sherrod gt 500s

http://www.sherrodmustangs.com/musta...s-features.php

or a shelby http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...ticleId=105085

.............other than that..... I'd pick the 'balt just my opinion. Ooooh n btw silver with blue stripes looks great in person.

49-36 Balt right now
Atleast a lot of people on this forum know what there talking about, and dont bash anything.
A lot of mustang people are bashing the turbo balt saying it will be worse then the S/C lol. There are a select few on that site though that are silencing them saying our car is only .2 seconds slower to 60 and not to far off in the 1/4. Plus it handles stock for stock much better (not including steeda suspn.)

There are a few good people on that site, but all in all its a pretty gay site lol
unlike this one

I'd go with the SS/TC personnally. I don't really like Mustangs, not because they are not a good car, but because they are everywhere. Every day, I see more Mustang GT's then I see Cobalts (and I mean all Cobalts). Hell, most days I don't even see any other Cobalt. But I damn sure see a crap ton of Mustangs (at least 5~10 every day, I think my record day I say nearly 30. And that was just singles all around town).

I will say that I like the color and look of that Mustang, except for the lip kit and spoiler.
