it's hard to find fun stuff to do when you never go outside the city limits of Dover.

have Matt (Scion tC) do the work.

what parts of Philly, Bmore & DC have you been to? what kind of stuff are you wanting to do?

me personally, i like the historic stuff all those cities have to offer.

i understand why you are but that's because you take a perfectly good car and make it unreliable. once you get back, ditch that fkn Cobalt ASAP and get yourself a nice family DD.

ehh, ill do it myself. i dont like payin people to do somethin i can do myself. now when its time to build the engine, ill pay someone. i was just sayin i need a lift because itll make stuff easier, but i got a jack, jackstand and plenty of lights

and its not because i take a reliable car and make it unreliable. even before i started messin with cars i never like to drive everywhere. at first i did when i got my license but after a year or 2 i hated it

you dont think i can do a turbo swap on my car? you dont think i can change a intercooler and piping? you dont think i can change my fuel pump? you dont think i can put in a fuel return line? come on man, seriously. you doubt me way too much. i know alot more then you think i know. and what makes you think im not doin this stuff right? if i dont know somethin, i have no issue sayin i dont know how to do something. i dont know how to build a engine, i wont lie. i have no issue payin someone and watchin so the next time i can do it. plus how do you think people become "extremely knowledgeable"? they do the **** themselves til they get it right. im not one of those people who will pays people to do their work, i like doin my own and bein proud of the work i do, not what someone does

prove me wrong.

so far when it comes to do stuff yourself...... it's been fail. see the little black Cobalt in your garage for examples.

you say you know what you're doing, i find it hard to believe judging by your track record. i want you to prove me wrong and rub in my face. i want you to put that big turbo & nitrous on your stock engine SRT4 and have it run perfectly fine with not internal issues for a year straight. then i'll believe you know what you're doing. until then, you've been doing it wrong. the only thing you've done right in the past couple years i've known you is stop with the Cobalt and pick up the Neon. it's already boosted and all you've had to do so far is add bolt-ons and push a button with the Diablo tuner.

well lets see, the cobalt was fine except for the sleeves. only thing i didnt replace cause i didnt think i needed aftermarkets. im not puttin a 75 shot of nitrous on top of having a big turbo, thats just retarded and askin the engine to blow up. if i use it for anything, itll be a intercooler sprayer til i get the motor built which will hopefully be sometime early next year. but yea, the car will run fine for a year, that is not a issue. i have alot more knowledge then i did before considering the cobalt was my first actually turbo'd car. i wont lie, i fucked up and made mistakes on it but i corrected them as soon as i got the money.

now that i think about it......... we never did actually "race"

when you get back, we'll set it up. then after you get the swap done and tuned up, we'll run again. you'll whoop me but it'll be a good comparison.
