yea this Civic will get "cleaned up" over the winter. i'm thinking audio upgrades, tint, wheels (nothing fancy), intake/exhaust & mild suspension upgrades.

the great thing about the civic is that everything is sooooo cheap for it!

Buy a garrett rebuild kit, and take it to any diesel repair shop.

T3 is a flange.

Stop calling your turbo by flange

I don't say I have a T25 turbo

I say I have a GT2871R

well i said t3 because thats what it says on the advertisement (t3 t4 t04b t04e)

Garrett T3 T4 T04B T04E TB41 Turbo Rebuild Kit Dynamic | eBay

i know that t3 isnt the description of the turbo. but anyways, i just need to know if the kits are universal or what the deal is with them. ive never went thru the process of trying search for rebuild kits so im learning as i go homie

did you see my FB post the other day about this Civic getting awesome MPG?

354.2 miles on 11.368 gallons = 31.16mpg

that's mostly backroads from Felton to Smyrna monday-friday and then a couple runs to Krista's in Newark.

i'm sure a 400miles on a single tank is possible in this thing, of course it would have to be nothing but highway.

the HHR SS averaged 24-25mpg.
