i'm assuming since the dealership installed the GMTU, it should be covered somehow by them.

yea i think the GM tune has a separate warranty for like 3,000 miles or some ****, it said it somewhere in all the paperwork they gave me when i got mine way back forever and a day ago.

Read a few posts before. There's like s shut down mode that basically throws it into limp mode if it senses too much power/spin to the wheels so you don't hurt the trans. Freaking stupid. Only people with the gmtu seem to be having this issue with the auto. But I had it installed at nucar Chevy

Yeah the one on 13. Its weird though cause it doesn't throw a code. shoots right up to about 22 pounds of boost then drops it. then when you give it gas again it only goes up to 3 pounds. Turn the car off then back on it runs fine.

I wonder if your bpv is sticking. Because the gms1 is only supposed to be 20psi. And I had that problem before I got the Forge bpv. And the stock plastic pos would stick open or close sometimes. Causing it to boost high, or barely at all.

I wouldn't think its a leak because i feel like it would of been happening before and it wouldn't do it randomly. i could be wrong though.
All this being said....what BPV did you go with and did you need a tune?

I use wawa gas and bjs gas, no problems here. But I'll help out, I've done it all lol. And if I get this house in Pike Creek,I plan on having a lift soon after

off limestone road across from stanton middle school. like 30 seconds from the wawa and bww. and yeah i hear that most mods aren't too bad its just taking the bumpber off and going from there.
