you have to have a round about price of the house ur buying, so you can give the bank a amount, then they can go about an approval

contact a mortgage company, Chase is a really good company

find out what your pre-approved for, then get a realtor and let them know what $ range your looking at and in what area you want. the realtor will do a search and bring you the results.

Chase are the idiots that f'd up the circuit city bill and I had a deliquent account with them when i was 18 so eh prolly not the best company to choose

Ah okay, I wouldn't suggest middletown village for you. My sister used to have one of the houses attached by the garage in there and she left because it was turning into a troubled development. It would be cool for ya to come down my way though then us below the canal people could hang out more.

My girlfriend drives from townsend about 10 Min below middletown up to christiana hospital every day. She as only put 7000 miles on the tC since april 3rd.
