tell your friend to never touch any of your cars again, and i would tell him that he needs to pay for the repairs, that's just not cool. there are reasons i dont ask certain people to come over and help me with my car.

well im goin to go to the air force assistance fund and get a loan for the 1600 and buy the engine from ort and try and get it done and in before i leave....thats the plan.. if not ima try and get the money and have the engine assembled if i can find someone to do it then when i get back ima have 2 weeks of R&R and ima take an extra 2 weeks of leave so i should have a month off work to get everything done. do you know anyone who can put the engine together?

i can do it, i know alot of people that can do it. you buy ORT's engine and all of those parts that come with it and when you get back you'll have a semi built engine to swap in

for real?!! dude im all for it. ima go up to the place prolly next week cause my friend is goin to kentucky and shes lettin borrow her Z24 cavy lol. so i will have a whip til the end of the month. that just brightened up my day. i called car shops and noone messes wit cobalts

i never asked him about making payments, just send him a PM and i'll tell him to check it and get back to you. with me having a truck i can go to his house and pic up everything. i can call around to get prices on having someone put it together for you, just incase i can't do it.

that would be cool. i'm doing the dp & tail lights tonight.
not to burst your bubble..... but not on that tune & turbo you wont. you get this "built" engine on, i'd recommend getting the "disco potato" turbo, iirc is the GT2860RS. and then with a better tune you'll definately see those numbers.
