I believe they are water cooled, don't quote me on that though .. i haven't looked that far into it.

when i worked in the dealership we used a scan tool called tech 2. what it does is pretty much not where the crankshaft is setting you know where the top dead is on which cylinder. if it isnt calibrated right the comp dont know where it is causing vehicle to shut off. confusing

that is only if you had crankshaft or sensor out at some point

the whole engine got rebuilt. so it was in pieces

i just called Townsend Bros Chevrolet and they said $140 for a diagnostic, i can only imagine how much it is to fix the problem

then you should get rid of the cobalt! Seriously!

A scan tool hooks up to your ODB II and reads codes that the car is showing. Helps diagnose problems easier instead oif playing a guessing game,.

the Tech 2 scan tool is a dealership only scanner........ so your friend has to get your car to the dealership for it.

i cant sell it, im makin payments on it

the relearn at the dealership is only $97.75....way cheaper then wat i thought. i thought they was planning on raping me without the courtesy of using lube. but $100 doesnt sound like a bad deal

lol, i didnt have problems with any of my hondas i had. they ran good. just my last integra was kinda shitty from the get go, but it held together for a year
