Any one in Delaware out there
I tried the slapping thing, but then she cries and refuses to do the dishes.
What does your car look like?
I graduated in 01 and my brother graduated in 06.

hey sorry im late i celebrate halloween and love it im thinkin we all make road trip to the kings domimain or however you spell it. they have huge thing that goes on it fun as hell man
Haha, there is a poll. Scrapple vs Spam. Spam has the recognition, but Scrapple is the local favorite
Maybe you local guys can let me know if I am headed in the right directions
I am looking to buy a cobalt ss. If I can qualify for the cash for clunker program, I think I can afford a new 09. I currently own a 2002 Blazer (average 15mpg) so i think i can get a cobalt ss since it averages 25mpg
If I dont qualify, I can afford a used 08. I am working with Willis Auto Mall in Smyrna because a close friend's dad owns it.
If I have some money left over, I would want to add some light mods to the car. however, I don't want to void my warranty. Soooooo, I was told to get a stock PCM. Tune one and leave the other absolute stock. Swap the stock in when I need service, and drive as normal with the tuned one.
If I have some money after that, I was thinking a cold air intake. Good idea?
I dont want the car to be really aggressive, because mpg is still very important.
So with a tune and an intake, what kind of hp and mpg can i expect (under normal driving conditions)
Anyone know of any local SS's that I can test drive?
Oh, and GO PHILLIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We get most of our parts out of Matt's garage hahahaha
or the internet
and Hasty is right if it is a GM product it will not void your warranty...but I think whatever the part is it needs to be installed by a GM tech in order to retain warranty. Thats what the guy at Diver told me anyways.

K&N drop-in filter
3" catless downpipe
custom tune
those right there will bump the power up ALOT!! you'll love it, trust me.
i'm not sure of any dealerships in Dover that have a SS Turbo, but i believe I.G. Burton in Milford & NuCar in New Castle have some.
we get our parts online, there aren't any performance shops around that stock our parts...... actually there are any performance shops around period.
some places to check are: www.synapseturbo.com www.turbosystem.com www.ottperformance.com www.clearimageauto.com

i have a red cobalt ss supercharged, black headlights and dual scoop hood, i have pics of in in my gallery.
my brother graduated in 00, i would of been 02. do you know the last name Cannatelli?
if you do get a Cobalt SS Turbo, i'd recommend getting a 2nd stock PCM, just for those service moments. as for aftermarket parts..... i recommend:
K&N drop-in filter
3" catless downpipe
custom tune

actually..... K&N drop in filter is only like $75, 3" catless downpipe is roughly $300 & a custom tune from steddy2112 (very good friend of mine) is like $300ish.... i'm not sure on his price though, but your power will be roughly 300whp/330wtq...... put it this way, with only those 3 little mods.... you'll smoke alot of the little ricers in Dover
yea me and my brother both played sports, my mom was a teacher in the SBIP.

I found it. It might be a bit out of my price range, but I might be able to work with them.... Thanks for the heads up
