fondue place where you cook your own food in an array of wines and spices. they give you cheese (melted) and you can dip veggies bread, etc. in it that's melted in the center of the table.
then they pour some wine into the "pot" in the center of the table and bring your food out (raw). You then place your piece of meat on the fondue stick and cook it in the boiling wine solution. They do this with chocolate for dessert as well.
