if you go 55w get a resistor for if the ballast surges then you'll be safe from frying your wiring harness on the cobalt.
35w is all you need. 55w is a marketing ploy and simply makes the bulbs burn hotter and shorten their lifespan.
OEM HID's are 35w - directly from the manufacturer.
I have 35w in my car. Do it fggt!

Halogen lighting takes more watts to produce the same amount of lumens as a 35w true HID. A 35w HID will be brighter than any 55w halogen, period.
You're thinking too much into it. Just get whatever color you want and get it in 35w, save yourself $$ and the marketing ploys that HID producers use.
Although anything above 6k is useless. Regardless of what people say ...

yea i'm going to rock the yellow fogs as for the headlights, i'm going to save some time/money and get silverstars until i can save up for a new pair of projector headlights (again) and then get HIDs for them.

yea man im so heated its not even funny
guys on here are crazy. i can get a new/refurb one for 350 but im not ready to spend that yet but i guess i gotta do what i gotta do....................... i wanna be tuned so bad ill take anything!!!! i can program vins at my shop so it doesn't even mater lol i just need one.. i screwed up by not buying one from gtprix now its coming back to bite me in the a$$

yea im sure, the 12Ks i had are long gone, i bought some 6Ks that went to a mazda 3 and electrical taped them into the housing lol

4300k is the optimum output and OEM.
6k and above is useless, 3k and below is useless.

lol, dont hate. i know i know, i need to order some more. im waitin for tax season thats when im puttin the finishing touches on the car (cams maybe, new HIDs, bigger intercooler). and 6Ks are like hyper white or watever its called

it just has the lip. the reason i say get the ss/na front bumper is because when people see you, they will just think you're na because you dont have the lip kit. get what i'm saying?
