cutting cal's and eating better is eating healthier.

it's a lifestyle. not a diet.

i'm just trying to better the intake at the moment.

so far in the past two weeks, i've only had roughly 3 cans of soda. which is absolutely amazing for me! considering i was consuming about 2-3 20oz sodas a day!

soon i'll turn what i'm doing into a diet and eventually into my new lifestyle.

exercise will slowly become part of my routine.

i'm going to check out a few local gyms tonight after work. i'm even considering getting into MMA just for the conditioning. i lose alot more weight from cardio work outs than say walking & eating healthy.

Completely agree with ya.

If you eat healthy and do cardio, think about how much weight you'll loose. The fat comes off the quickest with cardio, you will gain muscle from work outs that won't have you loose as much weight as lb for lb muscles is heavier than fat.

Try eating foods high in fiber. it'll keep you fuller, longer, and they're healthy for you. It also gets your GI back on track too, which is crucial to being healthy and losing weight.

gastrointestinal tract.

then eating healthier, foods high in fiber and nutritional content (low sugar, fat, carbs, etc.) will help you loose the but and moobs.

Yeah, I'm kinda "meh" about the cobalt anymore. I love it, but I'm kind of over dumping $ into it.

I get bored easily.

Don't knock that cavi. nothing is wrong with her at all (only major problem was this A/C crap - knock on wood).
