stop being so freaking picky. get an old Subaru Impreza... it's doesn't have to be special or in absolute perfect condition. it's a beater, if you spend more than $2k for it, you have the wrong mindset of the term "beater car"

Because you don't just want a beater, you want a nice looking daily driver thats practical. I say trade the 350 for a newer maxima with the vq or even better a G37 Sedan....

no no and no the Z will never ever be traded in. I've wasted too much money on the thing to trade it in for next to nothing. If a private party wanted to buy it then I would entertain offers but I'm not gonna make an effort to sell it. Its fine as a weekend car for now. Both cars will be paid of in a little over a year and then we can get a nice 'family' type car.
