understandable , but is it not true with direct injection you can run a much leaner tune? ive never seen any knock on my rpd ever that doesn't go to say its happens. but for some reason my car likes timing and nick will tell you he thrown more timing at my car then others and never had knock?

Yeah it is real true...but that lean in the midrange is where most of the stock tune knock comes from...

It take a lot more knock to show up on the RPD. On my logs I've seen 3-4* of knock whereas the RPD shows nothing.

The RPD will show knock typically only if it's > 4*

Well DI injects the fuel directly into the combustion chamber.

When you add meth injection you're undoing the work GM did to DI the car and making it like MPI...which the engine isn't even close to set up to do that right...

...now running a mix of E85 and pump gas is the right way to do it on an LNF
