if you bring a cooler you can steal a **** load of ice from the ice machine at the hotel. I should know, I used to manage that ******* place!! 
don't forget to sleep at the HOliday inn too!!!

I suggested the holiday inn - west chester.

PLUS it's only 5 miles from the meet itself

alright guys.. i went thru the OP and got out what we still need on the food list.....
We need for people to help out.. 60 of you on the list PLEASE sign up even if it's to cook/set-up/stay to clean up whatever! every little thing will help me!
Food Products:
Need 1 more box of burgers, & hot dogs
7 packs of hamburger rolls.
4 packs of hot dogs rolls
6 bags of assorted bags of chips.
2 bags of doritos
Condiments:
Need 1 bottle of ketchup & yellow/spicy mustard
1 Big jar of relish
4 jars of pickles.
chip/veggie dips.
Drinks
Need 2 Teacooler Gallons:
1 big case of water
5 more bags of ice!!!!!
Paper Products:
Need 6 large plastic bowls for chips.
2 rolls of paper towels.
Miscellaneous:
Need 1 Chef Emeril Lagasse
3 bags of Charcoal
2 Bottles of Lighter fluid
Grill Igniter
3 Spatulas
2 Metal tongs (for hot dogs)
2 Grill brushes
Pop up tent (cover for the extra tables we bring!)
Foldable tables (food)
2 Coolers for drinks!

i know a lot of hotels will do that for like weddings and stuff so i dont see why they wouldn't.. we would probably just need a deff number of rooms to get.

As I mentioned, if people don't bring food when they said they would, it's on them, not us. The only way to make this event a great success is by the people!!
