well for the hotel i feel liek we should get joinging rooms and try to split them the best way possible like if the room has a full/queen bed then 4 ppl must be in it... you guys can calla no homo and sleep wth a male

Good! Price will be no more than $300 for a tune - it's my assumption, I don't want to speak for the tuner himself

Honestly, you probably should. I would call the holiday inn west chester now. Seriously. I used to manage there and there are a TON of sports events that go on over the weekends in chester county. If you find a room available at a cheap rate (below $100) then take it!!
That is the holiday inn - west chester. That's where everyone is staying (including me and I'm a local)!!
The parties from the MD meet were insane! Myself, Vik, Frank, Sara, etc. We're the room you odn't want to be next to if you want sleep!

honestly, you have nothing to worry about. So many people are going to be bunking together that it wouldn't really matter who you stay with. At these meets, someone is always available for letting you crash in their room!
