Yep a big deusch. I have his full name on the failire report. I totally want to mess with this guy. Lesson learned go to a private place first. What a total waste of money ii paid for the hi flo cat. Putting on a magnaflo cat. It visually looks like a cat instead of zzps which looks like a little bump. Then ill probably hollow it out

Finally changed over my plates and registration from ct to nj. Went to get inspected and the dmv failed me visually because they said the cat on my car is unacceptable(zzp's hi flow cat)....wtf!!! I was arguing with the guy bc he said it wasn't a cat and I said it was a cat and my car would be throwing a cel. There are No cels and passed all obd ready tests. Anyone know of a place in jersey that are not morons and will pass my car before I have to hack up zzp's downpipe?
I know no one really checks this thread anymore but I felt obligated to post. I finally traded in my Cobalt yesterday. I joined this forum back in November of 2005. Crazy how time flies. I had a lot of good memories with that car.

WOW.... I cant believe that this thread still exists. I started this 13 years ago when I bought my Cobalt SS. I sold it back in 2014....miss that car but happy that the thread is still going. Anyone of the original group that use to head down to Edgewater still here?

Still here but I probably log on to this site once a year. Sold the Cobalt 6 or 7 years ago now but I have very fond memories of that car and I miss those meets down in Edgewater. Feels like a million years ago. Hope all of you guys are doing well. Maybe in another 15/20 years we can all get Corvettes and start having mid-life crisis meets.

I still can’t believe this thread is still going after all this time, that’s totally awesome. Who knew that over 13 years ago that we still have a connection after all these years over cars. I no longer live up in New Jersey I’m down in Jupiter Florida and I have moved over to the German side of things. My new toys include a 2018 S Q5 Audi (not pictured), a 2016 AMG GTS, A 2010 C 63 AMG, a 2002 SLK 320 Mercedes and the yellow Saturn is my wife’s (she won’t let me get her another car) I do come back to New Jersey rather frequently and if there is ever a meet up at any time and I’m up there I’ll definitely join in… After Covid of course. Hope everyone’s doing well and I’ve been staying safe during the craziness that is the pandemic. Looking back and reminiscing we all had some great times during the meet ups and add water and other places. It was a lot of fun and it’s a shame that Chevrolet cut off the production of these cars.
