So Monday my dealer tells me "come on in whenever you want" to get my radio and dash rattle fixed. I go in there today and they tell me no way they can even look at my car until next week...

So I called Malouf Pontiac here in North Brunswick, NJ and told them that I needed a new gas cap because the current one stopped threading and that the car was still under warranty.
Guy said no problem and ordered me a new one....called me when it came in and told me to come pick it up. (Dealership is literally across the street from my work)
I went there and the service manager ened up giving me the run around, they needed to pull the car in...look at it and diagnose the problem.
I said, ok, no problem, but I'm pulling it in. I pull it in and now it turns into, we need to take it for a ride. I said, the **** you do. There, the gas door is open, go twist the gas cap and see it doesn't work.
He dissappears inside and comes back about 5 minutes later saying they CAN NOT look at this car due to a bad survey I sent in over 2 years ago
I left some nice black marks in their service bay along with some friendly "parting words"

lmao! all i actually read was the like, first 5 words after each break... and I feel i know the whole story! hahahahaha

lol i went to malouf once for a swap for work...the ppl i dealt with were nicer than most lol...if im ever there again ill ask to hear the story of the girl with the red gto lol

Lynn Chevrolet in Kearny. Great sales experience, my family has bought 4 cars there without any issues. IDK how I feel about the service dept yet. I would've understodd if they told me out right there were busy, but they kind of lied to me. Strange I didn't see a single car in any of the bays being worked on, but for now I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

As of right now we are meeting up in the normal spot in edgewater for a quick get together and to talk about and plan alittle bit more the for up-coming spring and the April 6th meet and such. That is that plain for right now but there has been some talk or rain. But we'll keep each other posted regarding the weather and see whats going on when tommrow night comes around. I was planning on getting down there around 8ish.

Yea, they're nice people...until they want to take my car on a joy ride for no apparant reason.
I know all of the mechanics at the chevy dealer across the street. It's scary who they'll hire at dealerships. I went to school with all of those kids
