So i'm going to keep the cobalt now.. i was going to turn it in after the lease is up in 2 months but i decided to just buy it out since i dont have the cash to buy another car and dont wanna deal with someone elses headache.. so with that said i can do alot more to the car and not have to worry about going back to stock.. first thing on my list is i am looking at a Turbo. i have seen a few cars on css.net that are 2.2 turbos.. let me know what you think of this kit i found for the 2.4 that may work for the 2.2

ok now i am looking at the STS turbo set up. it's a remote mount turbo. There are 2 cobalt ls 2.2's that have it and they are running around 200hp on it, i read alot of reviews on it and so far it seems like a good set up hear are a few links

sts = fail on a cobalt.
Let me know when you seriously want to go turbo and I'll build you a nice setup.
Stock 2.2 motor you should be able to get to @250whp.
Canada trip was ridiculous. I'll post pics up tonight. All I have to say is being awake for 40 hours straight makes you think some strange things lol

paul let me know what i would need to pick up.. i know i'll need a turbo, wastegate, piping, oil lines, new headers..also about the tuning, that trifecta tuning would work right ?
also it's a dumb question but why is it that the couple turbo kits i did find online for my car say that they are only for manual transmissions??

You would probably need to run a transmission cooler is my guess they are afaid of too much heat ******* up your transmission. First upgrade Drew let me know. I can scoop you one for a decent price from a local guy. Ask Sean i did the install on his once he bought it. BCP looks like you were doing 80 and the cop documented you saying yeah I know lol.

Cool sounds good I'll let u know when I need it so far I found a manifold and a t3/t4 turbo that would bolt right up to the manifold I need to find a wastegate. The manifold I found had a bolt up for the wastegate.. Will I need an electric oil pump? Also I need to find a new exhaust to
