dude same thing happened to me a few years back, they wont pull your license.. I plead a no point fine wich was like $400 more ontop of the fine and court chargers total came out to like $675 but they dont put points on your license and you end up saving money from insureance in the long run, side not after paying that fine i got pulled over doing 60 in a 25 lol so luckly i paid off that and had no points cause THEN they would have yanked my license
BTW are you the Red ss with tinted windows i see all the time?... I'm always on sunrise i have a Black cobalt LS lowered with the high wing... well my car is the one in the picture below

how fast were u goin when that happened. was it more then 36 mph over the posted speed limit cause i no the ticket said something about that. so did u plead not guilty and then they gave u a no point thing, how did that work. i don't have tints and i don't drive sunrise a lot just at night to go to my gym, so it prob wasn't me.

Hey guys what’s goin on? So I got pulled over on sunrise last night and got a ticket for 106 in a 55. anyone have experience with a ticket like this. Im just kinda wondering what to expect, Idk if there gona try to suspend my license or can I just throw money at this and make it go away? Anyone have any insite?
1)you should have never slowed down. thats everyones first mistake. you have no idea how much ground you were covering god only knows what your stirred up thats why after stunts like that on a public road its hit highwaytime and black out....
2) I woulda ran for my life cause that type of ticket is a end gamer. Either get to the nearest straight away highway and take the car up to 150 or hit back streets and lose them. EVEN if your not sure if someone saw you.......

1 you were only doing 35 over the speed limit vs his 50mph
2 only reason they didn't take his car is cause they know he's done and didn't want to deal with the paper work because nassau cops = lazy
3 i doubt hes even going to cooper street if it was in nassau and if it was in sufflok you HAVE to have a lawyer which means minimum on 600 dollars ontop of his fines IF it gets settled in two showings. and gotta remember half these really old judges have done 65 miles per hour in a car but look at there face when they hear he was doing over 100 on a public road.
Get a lawyer.......... don't plead this one your self any DA will cut you a shitty deal in nassau and none in sufflok.
But it really comes down to the judge you get. I had one where he tired to finish me for 32 over the speed limit cause he said "What if my kids were walking by when you were pulling that stunt. Up'd my fines 200 dollars on me and left the full points penalty

Sean if you want to come by some point this weekend I can do some logs. I'm not in any mood to even think of trying to log or tune another car tonight, I'm having enough issues with mine. If fact I think I'm taking a nice break from all cobalts for a little while til my car is done and even for a little while after that. I need a break, constant work day and night and all day my phone is ringing, it's gotta stop for a bit. Nothing against any of you guys, but I'm just shot.

laptops up and running, but if it's getting done, it's this weekend, cause after this I'm taking a break. Also I'll be redoing pretty much most of my exhaust so let me know if you are definitely coming so I can let you know when I'll be free.

still planning on coming out despite the fact that i am and still will be exhausted. paul i might exploit...err...request your services as well. this stupid car can't decide if it likes idle or not. the jumpy idle is happening w/o the AC on now too. Not sure why that is but its driving me crazy.

My car hates the A/C. But it is temperamental. When it is in a good mood it will idle fine with A/C on but if i do one thing to **** it off bam bouncy bouncy idle everywhere.

so fresh and so whattt.....
after being awake for 36 hours and sleeping 2 this morning i actually managed to still wash the balt, fix my HID problem, and re-install my seats etc. i can't wait for tonight it's been too long and i need to f'in relax wit the boys. i can't wait for wings n sam lol. oh the box will be bumping as well!! i'll be out there around 9:15 ish prolly. yo chris and brian if u wanna meet up at McD's before and roll together from 83 hit up the cell. 926-9491. lataz
