lol.. Taking it personal man? **** I used to wave to other cobalt drivers at one point in time but I stopped when I kept getting confused or dirty looks from everyone and then came to this conclusion...
We're part of this big disfunctional family that can't seem to get along most of the time.. lol.. **** just read most of the banter that goes on in just this forum.
Unfortunately we drive cobalts, not little V-dubs where everyone is a happy little family.
Where exactly is Dirty Waterz btw? Waterbury?

Nice.. I live in Middlebury so you're right up in my area. I'm probably one of those ******** that never waved back!! I've got an back 09 ss/tc with a highrise and loud ass exhaust. I'll be sure to give you a wave if I see you around

yup any delta.. basically they dont want to have to figure out how to strap in a bunch of different cars .. most deltas have the same mounting points..
last dyno day they had 1 saab and it took them like 15 mins to get the thing setup just cuz they were having trouble finding where to hook it and have it secure

if i go, it'll only be just to show up and hang out. i don't plan on having enough money to put anything into my car so it's not worth doing a dyno again. plus i'm having issues with the car right now. I think I'm going to bring my car to another dealership just to **** off the one i work for.

It happened a few weeks after I installed 09CobaltSS1's K&N Drop in filter (It's probably cursed). But, I'm getting a Type B DTC. P0236 - Turbocharger Boost System Performance.
Conditions for Setting the DTC
P0236 - Engine Cranking
The ECM detects when the engine is cranking that the boost pressure sensor signal plus a calibrated threshold is not within range of a model derived from the BARO sensor, the MAP sensor, and the boost pressure sensor for more than 2 seconds.
P0236 - Engine Idling
• The ECM detects when the engine is idling that the boost pressure sensor signal is less than 50 kPa for greater than 4 seconds continuously, or 50 seconds cumulative.
OR
• The ECM detects when the engine is idling that the boost pressure sensor signal plus a calibrated threshold is not within range of the BARO sensor for greater than 4 seconds continuously, or 50 seconds cumulative.
When the code is active my BARO numbers are where they are supposed to be. I'm pretty sure it's setting during cranking. I was trying to figure it out last week, but then it started to act normal again. But of course it's back when i have to drive up to Ithaca, NY tomorrow after I get out of work. I just don't have the time while I'm at work, to work on my own car. Oh well, N/A 2.0 for the time being. If I'm lucky, I see 5lbs of boost. WWWOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
That recall only takes about 1/2 hour to do. Just call ahead to set an appointment and have them order the motor. Currently the motors are on back order and getting shipped from Canada, so no need for a rental.
