Ok so i was looking at the group rates and this is how it works. If a group purchases 20 or more races then each race is $15 and the $5 per person licensing fee is waved. If we do not purchase 20 races or more then each race is $20 and everybody has to pay a $5 licensing fee (the fee is one time only, not per race). 1 race means 1 person going around the track for the designated amount of time. So far we have 7 people who can go on the 8th (sorry Ctfinest it doesnt look like the 1st is gonna happen) so if we each buy 3 races it will be $45 because we will have bought 20 or more races. if we each only buy 2 races then we are still paying $45 because $20 per race for 2 races and then a $5 license fee.

Also, the kid that Dan (CTCar) is refering to didn't organize the autox meet that we had last year, it was someone else who unforunately has nothing at all to do with the cobalt community.

It does help because a few of us who have been around here for a minute are familiar with him. I think Dan was saying what car he has due to his css.net user name being something like 09redcobaltLT. I haven't really seen him post in a while, but maybe he'll chime in to get in on the meet. I'm quite sure that he'd be interested in doing a ontrack meet.

Ah I thought the red LT guy organized it, guess he won't help us too much.
I would probably do 1 or 2 races, so I don't know what the best option would be, depending on how many races people plan to do.

Well since im pretty much the one who is trying to set this meet up and trying to see how many people are going and see what kind of group rate we can get, and will probably be the one who has to put down the $50 deposit at ontack saying someone with a red cobalt lt that i have never talked to/met DOES NOT help.

ya you told me about a guy with a red cobalt lt and i said that that doesnt really help me because I dont know anything about this guy or have any way to reach him. look the last bunch of meets fell through because either everyone backed out or no plans were made but ya np i will relax. you can handle the planning and ontrack stuff now, just message me when all the details are sorted and i will show up Oct. 8th

Anyways, it's great that you're taking the initiative to get some of us talking for a meet, but don't let it get to your head and get all bossy on some of us that have been doing it for a while now. We're all friends here man. Let's keep it that way....
even if there might be the occasional ball busting and some small jabs made at one another along the way..

Yeah Kyle got things rolling with the tk.com meet and I just finished things up for him due to some other stuff coming up that he needed to take care of. We would have had another dyno day there this year if they didn't bascially double their rates all of a sudden. I'm still a little bitter about one..
