Nice! Unfortunately this doesn't look like a "normal" Lime Rock event which kinda sucks. This is through a driving association which works with tracks in the northeast to organize events. I wish Lime Rock would do something like this on a regular basis, but on a normal yearly schedule through them directly!

They're holding an event at Watkins Glen on July 9th & 10th, and anyone who registers with a Chevy gets a 10% discount.

Honestly, July would have probably been the absolute earliest that I would have even considered another balt meet seeing as how we just had one last week and all, but I'm down for July if everyone else is.
dont get me wrong though it would be cool to see other stuff. as long as everyones respectful. thats really my only gripe. someone could drive the biggest piece of crap but as long as their cool im open to it

Unfortunately his Audi club doesn't have any more track days this year. It seems like most events require new drivers to take a class and have instructor ride along. Maybe we should stick to go-karts haha.

For a meet I could get my buddy with an S4 and another work guy with a G8 GT to come out, as long as there was enough notice.

Hope its not Wilton.

They just got in (for sevice right now) a SS\SC that blew up. Apparently owner revved to 10k and took it in saying "i got power train warranty, right". Their response: "Not when you downshift and take it to 10 grand"

Really? This guy must have been reading the same forum pages I frequent on a regular basis. I could have sworn the stock valvetrain was good to AT LEAST 15k!! I guess it's time to lower the rev limiter a bit in my car!

What a dummy! Lol

You should talk to John and Kyle, sounds like they are experienced in "things" exploding over the inside of their cars.

It's clean now. smells pretty too. Oxy-clean max power laundry stain remover FTMFW! You'd never know a can of cola exploded in there now.

The 08 SS I was looking at in Danbury is sold I can't find any turbo Balts with under 50k or any miles for that matter anywhere. I need to sell my car, I know two kids on this thread have LS's. I Think you guys should step up to the fully loaded LT lol. Save you a lot of work.

Not sure what your price range is but i see ~50 coupes around the country. Sedans are a different story.
