5 lug conversion and 08+ SS turbo 18". That's what I'd do at least.

Not trying to be rude at all - the lines just don't flow with the car. looks like u goofed on the driver side... slight notch in it. I like the look ur going for. Definitely unique!

Xtra Fuel Economy. They made subtle changes to increase the fuel economy. eco tires, altered gear ratios on the manual transmission. I think there were a few other subtle changes. can't remember off the top of my head. It was an option package on 2008-2010 LS and LT 2.2L Cobalts. If I recall, they had steel wheels only, XFE badging and unique flower-like wheel covers:

" As an alternative to cars like the Honda Civic and Hyundai Elantra" that made me laugh, especially the Elantra part. Wish I had the money for this.

CM, so it's nothing rediculous. Just a nice mild drop, which is all I really wanted anyways. They're SUPPOSED to be basically the same spring rate as the stock springs so hopefully she will still ride nice.

so i just went threw hell trying to install my new zzp down pipe. the three bolts on the manifold came out like cake after a lil pb blast. so i get to the two nuts on the cat back flange and they are rusted to hell pb blasted them. Then took my acetylene torch got the nuts red hot took my butterfly impact wrench to it and nothing!.

So i figured i would just take the o2 sensor and cut the bolts out on the flange, right? sounds like what would be the best route. But that o2 sensor is not coming out so after hours of fighting with it i just put it back together. I'm just gunna go play stupid at some exhaust shop and let them deal with it.

Thanks gm for making a stainless exhaust with **** hardware!

just venting, anybody else go threw with this?

Hey guys its been awhile, but anyone have a old transmission laying around here in CT? I cracked my case all the local junkyards don't have anything. I'm willing to swap to a good case and use my internals or maybe get a good used one. Keep a eye out for me thanks.

Yep still alive and well. I cracked my tranny once I upgraded the clutch. So I welded the crack and a month later it's leaking again so I need a case or a used trans with LSD. That wasn't me in wolcott my friend, people think they've seen me but today we spotted a 07 blue ion like mine with low rise. Imposter!

So I finally got motivated enough to finally put the drop springs that have been sitting in my garage collecting dust for the past month on tonight. Man am I glad I didn't go with a lower spring! These are supposed to be a "mild" 1" front 1.5" rear drop, but they sure as **** look and feel way lower. Plus keep in mind they are brand new, so they're still going to drop a little more once they settle.

Oh well, the car looks nice now I think, but I sure as **** need to be mildfull of all parking lots and bumps now ESPECIALLY with having that full size zzp ic hanging out there. Here's how she looks now!
