Welcome to the site, CobaltConvert!
If you want to find out how fast your car really is, I suggest checking out jannettyracing.com and going to their track day at Lebanon Valley on September 19th. Its $100 for all day racing; you can get well over 20 runs in if you have the inclination. There will be a few cobalts there including one that Jannetty just did a turbo conversion on.

Question for any of you, where is a good place to get a body kit painted at. I was thinking of getting an RK ground effects and shipping it to where ever I am going to get it painted. I just want to know where a good/cheapest place I can get it done at. Actually, at best, a place that will paint and install it on my car.Thanks.

I passed a yellow SS/SC on 691 in Meriden and it had a cobaltss.net sticker on the side. Who was it?
Not sure of his name, but he is the guy that they used to originally test out their turbo conversion. He put down some pretty nice numbers.

Spotted a yellow SS with the high wing on Rte 9 southbound taking 91 south early this morning. Curious if it was anyone from here. First yellow SS I've seen besides mine! lol

I saw someone with a yellow SS last week(that goes to this board, the cobaltss.net decal gave that away ) at the Buckland Hills Theater the day Tropic Thunder came out. Just hating on your yellow ss because I want one

WOOOHOOOO!!!!
Was showing the car off at a family picnic yesterday when I noticed, for the first time, a GM performance sticker affixed to the fuel rail shield which listed the part numbers for the stage 2 kit. I did some research and asked on the general forum and YUP sure enough, It appears that I have the Stage 2 kit installed! (telltale blue bolts on the pulley). Still can't tell for sure what I have for exhaust but it looks more and more to me like a magnaflow (4 inch angled tip welded directly to the oval shaped muffler outlet pipe) but there aren't any visible markings or emblems.

Do you guys know of a place where I can get my aftermarket headlights installed? I just got them today in the mail, and I thought I could just do an easy swap between my old ones and these new ones...but the wiring is so weird that I just got really confused. So yeah, any place would help alot. I live in Bloomfield, so anywhere that's like 45 minutes away from there is fine for me. Thanks in advance.
