Dynoshop meet? NE area
Hey I live up in NH and I'm looking for a Dyno shop that isn't outrageously overpriced. I know there's places that do it for 65$ farther south but looking for possibly in Eastern Mass area. Also could setup a meet and have everyone go there. I can even offer HPTuners tuning to anyone that is interested. Let me know where there is a place with a good rate, maybe even with a group rate? Then we can check for times.

My guess is it's the one that was near my house (like literally across the street) and they were asking 245 for a setup fee, then 140 and hour afterwards. The guy was a real douche too. I went over door is locked and I heard whispering so I called them up and the guy was talking like he didn't want to deal with ricers. Lost my business, besides that almost 400 for first hour of dyno time is outragous. I've seen places go for about 65$ about no group discount, but they are to far lol. Maybe if you can get me the name of that shop, but if he says south main st, it's out of the question.
BTW MK you should look up the way the 07 2.2's have their ecm setup. Cause what I heard this is groundbreaking for you 2.2 guys that want hptuners. The 07 2.2's have the E67 pcm I believe which IS already used in the cobalts 2.0 or 2.4 (can't remember)... meaning support for hptuners. Just a note for you 2.2 guys

www.nedyno.com is a great shop to do a meet. They guys there are very open to all types of cars. Rates are discounted for dyno days as well.
I am in dire need of tuning, Julex - but I have a 2002 Cavalier LS Sport that is turbocharged. I am going to send you a PM.

I like that, seems like a good place, Maybe we can try for a month from now? By then a few of the project cars up here should be done and ready for a dyno. Let's see if more are interested?

performance automotive dyno ( i think thats their name) in plymouth, MA quoted me $60 for 3 pulls with afr's and print-outs, no tuning. Maybe if we get a big enough group they will drop the prices more.

i'm very interested.. i'll be wanting to dyno in about a month or so.. i was gonna go to mike dez racing in seekonk. he'll probably give us a deal if we all go down there. he's starting to tune cobalts as well from what i hear.

ESP dyno in Sterling rocks. we did a dyno day down there last year it was like $60 for 3 pulls or 2 pulls and a simulated 1/4 mile. they want 10 people minimum i think. I vote for ESP.

it doesn't matter to me where it is.. i'll be there.. and julex.. your running 42lb injectors with the 2.7 pulley?? does your tune make it workable.. cause i've heard that the 42's don't support enough fuel for that size pulley.

Yeah, i hope that your car is running ok. I have only heard bad things about running a pulley that small on the 42's. I'm sure you know what you are doing but i would hate to see your car go pop.

any talk to nedyno about price yet?? i'll see if i can contact dez racing and get a price from them. and someone else call performace dyno in plymouth..let's get some prices and go from there. i guess tuning isn't a huge issue.. cause julex can help anyone out with that no matter where we go.
