as long as it was well maintained and didn't sit around for too long. Just make sure the solonoids work before you run the shot on your car.

 

That's my best friend in the silver 2002 z28. I was supposed to be there but got food poisoning the night before. He ran a best of 13.3 @ 106. He only has a cat back and airlid with 2:73 gears auto. When we race I pull on him about one car. He just bought some headers and ypipe so I have to get my header and highflow cat and install my HE and my nitrous kit to stay ahead of him.LOL Looks like everyone had a good time. yeah we gotta get something big. we did have a good showing of cobalts as the announcer could not stop mentioning and talking about the cars. so go on a saturday and get a lot of guys down there for a meet and track day. im down.

Sucks big time. Took it back to the dealer but they didn't want to deal with it. But I do have that in writing on a service ticket.

 

really how come? o took a spin in my buddies 2.2 and it was just ok. mine 2.4 is auto. its tuned and my tranny is tuned as well. so i was running constant times on that not prepped track...lol.

Yea, I forgot about that. The vids are shaking because your bud was freezing !

To me it feels like the synchros and dog teeth don't line up. Push it into 2nd or 3rd and it feels like "chunk,chunk". Sit at a light in neutral, when you try to put it into first it doesn't want to go.

 

yeah mine does the first gear thing occasionally... just put it in 2nd back to 1st and it's all good.

yeah I felt bad for him man. It was damn cold out. Hadn't seen the kid in @10 years too.

 

mods are in sig. I need some cooling mods. I have a heat exchanger i just need to install it. Once I get back from my business trip in a few weeks I have some work to do. I really wish I could've been there. Next time hopfully. My bud said he met some of you and everyone was cool.

Damn nice time Paul, what mods did you run with?? Been doin the military thing these past two weeks and haven't been able to do much of anything. lol..Gettin my HE, 60's and tune done this weekend though. WOOT!!

 

well car tipped the scales at 3126 race weight (I put on a few pounds lol)
Pretty much had everything in except the dual pass, h/e, and the traction bars, which of course I forgot in the trunk of the lincoln. And of course the Meth injection wasn't working so that was holding me back cause my IAT2's would skyrocket in the middle of 3rd and start pulling boost (safety feature in the tune to keep my engine together) .
On a bad note though, I think my head gasket is on it's way out. Gonna do a leak down test again on it this weekend to know for sure. But all and all the car is running damn good, better than it has in the past. So next time out you should see some better numbers.
