East Coast Cobalts: NJ Chapter

For the rear it honestly took longer to take the wheels off of the car than to get the springs out and change them. The front took a little longer because I had to go to my friend's shop to use their spring compressor. I'd say you could do it by yourself.

Speaking of springs... I still gotta decide if I wanna stick with my coilovers or but the Pedders and ss/tc struts/shocks combo on or not. I LOVE my coilovers, but a less harsh ride isn't a bad thing. I'm just worried that the Pedders wont drop the car as much as I'd like and I wont be happy with it. Decisions, decisions. Thoughts?

Yeah, I know. I've taken mine off before but never removed the padded ****. I'll get some goo gone before I try it. Plus I gotta fill my holes with some plugs or something too.

Gonna go out in a bit to get them.
I figure that it looks decent plus, it's much more cost effective than going to a body shop and have the holes welded shut and repainted.
I may just keep my springs after all..

I honestly think it kind of looks like crap. It's just like a huge metal circle on your trunk...I don't know. I'm gonna try using those little circular tabs for plugs and then color matching them and see how those work out.
