Hey if you guys are planning on getting out to Englishtown you gotta go to register.nopi.com and pre-register for the event!

If I want to come and check everything out but not register my car what is the cost since you've been to the event already? or does everyone that is going to be in attendance have to register?

You cannot come in to the ECOtec VIP area unless you bring your car.

On top of that it costs $35 to come in just to "check it out"

It's free after you attend if you bring your car.

I disagree...they would've made our pcm's handle anything thrown at it if they "wanted us to make power" The ecotec in the cobalt is, in my opinion, one of the hardest most expensive cars to make fast (in our price range...not talking exotics since an exhaust for an exotic is like 10 g's)...it took us 3 years to hit 400 on the lsj's....lnf's aren't doing so well and apparantly word on this forum is that the trans in the new balt sux and gm won't make upgrade kits because of that.....

The mitsu dealership by me is mod friendly....they even have annual meets at the dealership. Now that is a friendly dealership

Not bashing GM, just saying that GM definately doesn't want us to make power unless we say to our warranties

agreed. from what i've heard the tranny in the ss/tc is the same as in the lsj. Lets see, that tran can barely handle the stage kits of the lsj, so what makes them think it could handle anymore power that the 260 rating of the ss/tc

my buddy had to cough up a grand just to get his rsx-s tuned to handle his new supercharger...i was under the impression tuning for the eco was fairly easy compared to most

I think it's funny that the first 50 people to register will get their money back, and I just counted only 7 so far. u would think that would be a good incentive, spring nationals for free! so is anyone else gonna register? lol
