Hawthorne Chevy Sucks

Worst customer service i have ever experienced with ANY company, ever. They are soooo quick to respond, send a million emails, call 150 times, but then as soon as they find out you're not looking to buy a new car the communication stops. You can just hear it in their voice.

Hawthorne Chevy Person:"Hi mr. xxxxxxx, i saw that you're looking for a new car, how can i help you?"

Me: "Ummmm.... i'm not looking for a car. In my message i specifically said what i was contacting you for."

Hawthorne Chevy Person: "O.... you're not looking for a car. Ok. I'll have someone else contact you."

then nothing.

This has not happened to me once, but more like about 6 or 7 times. I will never buy there again.

that's not the point. and that's no excuse for poor customer service. so i should only get helped if i show up in person?

Crane and Bellavia (sp?) are very good customer service. My step mom didn't like hawthorn either when she got the Impalla a few years back.

no no no no you misunderstood what I ment. What I was trying to get is why did you call them?

I agree they should have talked to you but if you just called to chat and see if you could make new friends or to see how the weather was over there then........

no dude, they blow donkey ass! i had to call 7 times just to see if the new cobalt would be turbo!!!111!!

PFT! Duuuude! Dealerships are totaly clueless when it comes to what cars, when cars, what options they'll have are coming out. They could care less! They sell them and thats all.

EXAMPLE: when I worked for Miller Bros Chevy I told THEM about the supercharged Cobalt in 2004 when they didn't know anything at all about it! Dealers are clueless as to what cars are coming out. They actualy have a person come out and show the salespeople the cars features when it first comes in so they can even answer the customers questions about the cars!

Dealers are clueless man thats why they never called you back.

Last 2 times i've had service done I've gotten pissed. First time i waited like 15 minutes for my car, after the girl told me she'd have em bring it up. Then last time an older gentleman got his car before mine. Then they walk up to me "Are you being helped?" Yeah, go get my car. Thats Hawthorne for you. The service techs are pretty cool though.

I had no problems with Hawthorne. I love them and will continue to use them. Now, all american chevy in Hackensack is poopy!!!!
