Dyno all day, tons of cars, food, entertainment, trophys, you name it, it is worth the trip, plus there will be magazine coverage there, maybe CSS.NET can get in a mag.... hehe

 

We need to meet up before the event, i say at carousel center in an empty parking lot so we can all wax and detail, and show up altogether in style!

 

lol, there is a big parking lot at the fairgrounds.... a very big one, they drifted around in it last year..... lol

i'll be goin but i might be riding in my buddy's audi s2. i read that they will have an all wheel drive dyno there, and he said he's hopin to break 800 horsepower (i think at the wheels).

When I went a few years ago it's an ALL weekend event and you have to pay an entry fee of like $50 or something like that. It's a pretty decent sized show but can be kind of on the pricey side when you include meals, hotel and other random crap. The year I went one of the cars fell off of the dyno, quite a site to see when it nose dived into the ground.

 

its 35 dollars to register, if someone really needs a place to stay i have room here

brenn, i didnt know audi made an s2, is it an s4, or s8?

 

he had it shipped in from germany i beleive heres the link to some website on it http://rsmodels.net/index.php?mode=cars&car_id=8

But hes done alot of engine work, larger turbo, intercooler, porsche intake manifold, port and polish, i know theres more i just can't think of it. he also has a transmission rated for 1000 hp he special ordered for it. its a nice car i hope he lets me drive it someday...

no they don't, it was never imported b/c of the horsepower to weight ratio he said, but he should have it ready for the dyno on the 29th, i've never been to this show i have been wanting to go for a long time now but just never had the time, this summer will be sweet!
