id say earlier then 7...so we can at least see the cars ..lol...ive been to 2 jbody/ cobalt meets and they start so late...and its usually so cold. do you all plan on maybe doing dinner in the mall or something????????

One of my boys with his cobalt just said its sabbath so he can't drive before dark. He's trying to figure a way around it but We might show up later like 5:30. If not I'll just thoruhg him in my car and will head out. Damn now i need a car wash too. Not trying to show up in a crusty cobalt.

ill be there....wheter my cobalt is there is another story. got a CEL, coolant reading on message display is "-----F", rpms rise up to bout 3k sometimes when stopped with clutch in....4 days old...argh oh, and my fans run constantly.

 

haha once i realized i was able to come tom, i went outside and gave my baby a bath... it was ******* freezing but she deserves it
im staying at my cousins house for tn so im gonna try to wax her in the garage (its an indoor parking lot but itll do)
so i hope to see every1 tomorrow and hopefully shell be all fresh for the meet

we will meet at 5:30 in front of fridays in Smithhaven mall. there is usually parking on teh side lot and im sure we wont be bothered over there. I will be in my cavalier (big thumbs down...but the cobalts in the shop) Dinner at fridays 630ish or 7... which will give us an hour to BS outside and check out everyones rides and then we can go inside and finish BSing...LOL
dinner will probably take us into 9-930 or 10...then who is up for a cruise to DPA...LOL ....hmmmmmm

just unplug the battery and reset the computer

 

i dont think itll solve it. i noticed later tonight that my car is getting harder to start...its taking more cranking time to fire over and then when it does start, the rpms drop to like 400.

 

try reseting it, but keep in mind there are 2 batteries. i havent reset my comp, but im guessing ur gonna have to unplug both of em. if that does help, i suggest paul conte chevrolet, if u live anywhere near there. its in freeport and they really went all out when i took my car there last week. 2 thumbs up for them!! but hope to see every1 tomorrow...also next time we meet we gotta meet a lil closer to long island or at least closer to me lol we got a couple of cobalts coming from here and its like an hour and something drive...but i guess its worth it for a cobalt meet

 

**** it got cold out. my black cobalt looks white. im hoping i can clean it before the meet but if not u guys r gunna see one DIRTY cobalt ss.

 

i did not know the balt had 2 batteries...thought it was just the one in the trunk...? see, ya learn something new everyday. ill give it a shot tomorrow morning and we will see what happens. as far as paul conte chevy goes, im gonna take it to williams in smithtown *where i bought there car* and see how their service is... if it is bad, ill switch to them.

 

there is only one battery he's mistaken the terminalt in the front for another battery.

 

well, i got there late (as usual). i showed up at 6:15 but you guys were already inside. i parked my red ss/sc next to the other red ss/sc that was parked next to the yellow ss/sc that was parked next to the black ss/sc that was parked next to a SEDAN!! lol. sorry i missed u guys. i went into fridays and scouted around for a min but didnt feel like having this paged over the intercom..."would the people with the really nice looking cobalt ss/sc's please come up to the front because this idiot was late...". i looked foward to meeting u guys, hopefully we will have another meet. i AM going up to DPA later tonight, probally around 9:30-10:00. im gonna be chilling in the McDonald's parking lot. i hope to see some of ya there. later, Mike.

 

Thanks to everyone who came out tonight...just got home not too long ago...and had pizza...i was starving even after we ate..LOL

anyway coming out onto DPA to leave of course what happens to me...some car load of young kids in a ford taurus with 2 different rims pulls up next to me and revs at me...ugh...just shook my head and sped away...lol

 

AHHAA what you expect your a target in that yellew car of yours. Yeah Guys I had fun tongiht it was fun hanging with everyone, hope to do it again within a month or so.

 

ya i had a good time, but 4 hrs in ruby tuesday...ehh not long enough to eat and chat...hahaha hell no way too long lol...anyways i went out after and kept pickin races....raced a last body mustang gt all down the southern state...killed him lol then a worked civic....take a guess lol....killed him a couple other cars but then on the way home raced a new body maxima for a while on the LIE....kept fuckn around wit him bc he was being an idiot and riding my tail eventually we were at like 70, or well i was at 70 wen he came up next to me prob doin about 80 85 and i punched it by about 110 i was more than a car lenth ahead of him, which is cool since he hit it way b4 me...anyways hope to have another meet sometime soon, but this time if all the cobalts are coming from five towns area.....every1 elses asses are heading out here hahaha..jus fuckn around bu seriously we gotta have something a little closer to us here maybe like somewhere on sunrise..
