I can only do Friday night, time wise would depend on when you want to meet. I have class every day this week until 3, and don't get home till about 4:30.

 

That sucks that you still don't have the wheels back. I appreciate the offer for the helmet and will have to consider taking you up on it. I will most likely have mine, but not 100% sure. I will let you know by Thursday.

i would like to do SOMETHING friday night, i dont have a set time to be up on saturday, so this is a rare opportunity for me. haha
i get out of work around 3 or 330. i work at the base right beside the airport so... i dont get off the turn pike till like 430 going on 5. then i usually go to the gym in irwin, blazers which im sure you all know where that is... right down the road. now i dont want to be pushy or anything but im pretty excited to be able to meet at least some of you so can you take an hour out of your day either around 5 or later.... i can skip the gym that day if i have to.... so... if anyone is going to be around let me know. i think it would be awesome to start knowing some people around here, specially when there is already something in common.

 

I'm downtown until 5:30, and I too hit up the gym. I could head north of the city, in my blood-relation Saturn, if you all are meeting up. Looking for something to do, too.

As for Friday, I can do any time after say 5. I'm supposed to get out of class at 3 and it's an hour and a half back home, plus time to drive if we meet near Greensburg, which is like another half hour.

We usually shoot for Monroeville, but whatever. I just need to know about how long we'll be out and whether we're meeting someplace where I can bring the puppy. Otherwise I might have to alter my plans for meeting up.

 

actually i think it was saturday around 5 cuz i definitely saw an orange ss/sc. i dont know, sometimes during the week i am out of it. so coulda been, i am the only red ss/sc that goes to that gym im pretty sure so... but i do remember on saturday

 

....and my girlfriend is the reason I will be missing this meet on Friday, the cruise on Saturday, and the Autocross on Sunday. Grr.

I'm in the same boat. Just realized how low the tread on three of my tires are.

Don't really want to, but will probably pick up OE Dunlops, since I just got a new one (stupid flat). Not the best for AutoX, but I gotta think past August, when I re-start school. Should be able to eek out 25k+ miles outta the Lops, and they hold well enough.

She's ~300 miles away, south of D.C. (still an undergrad) until August. 4 hour drive, which I made yesterday. We're doing the every other weekend thing. Or I am, at least, since I own a car haha...

Though I do want to get her up a weekend of an autoX event. I think she'd enjoy it.

I've 17k on the OEs, and could probably get June / July out of them. But not w/ the 300 mi. one-way trek I'm making every other weekend to see the gf, and the AutoX.

And I bought the car @ 7k and learned to drive a stick on them. And do burnouts, sometimes on purpose, sometimes not. And lots of hard driving...and still got 17k out of them.

Some folks on rlforums are getting 30+k.

If I wasn't heading back into school to have more debt crammed up my ass, come August, I'd go the KDW or Azeni route. But I am, so if I gotta spend twice as much for the Lops to get a not-so-sticky tire that'll last longer, ah well.

BTW, I took the day off today, for the "drag racing" trial. They pushed it back to next Monday. Figures...but I did have enough time to finish novel number five today Pretty pumped about that.
