the company is located in PA and that means I'd have to pay sales tax of 6% if I buy it off ebay since I live in PA.

Can you order it for me and I'll send you monies ahead of time for the EBC (if the dude's EBC I'm looking at today is a POS) so I don't have to pay sales tax.
