Oh don't I know it, I test drove one before buying my Mazda. I took the perks of working for a Mazda dealer over the TS. Besides I drive ALOT of miles and had to consider the MPG. I drive from GB to Bel Air daily. If you see a Black 3 on 100, 97, 895, 95 WAVE!

Ahh, nobodies pickin on ya Suzanne. 
It's all in what ya want really, the ss/sc and ss/tc offer awesome power and some pretty sweet upgrades over the 2.2l's. If ya want a nice, fun, quick car with the warranty, buy the SS.
I bought the ls cause it was cheaper on insurance and i didn't know i would go to such lengths to modify it, lol... But it is kinda fun being an underdog on the scene. I am VERY happy with the outcome of my LS project. Same with alot of other LS/LT owners. The funny thing is my Ls was loaded from the factory, power everything, sunroof, cruise, steering wheel controls and all. No leather, no supercharger, but everything else was nearly the same minus 65 hp and it was $10,000 less...

Well more than that but my case is a bit extreme, lol... Normal people don't waste near the money i do on their car's, lol.... ****, just rims, tint, and a lowering kit and you got a great car.

Yeah my brother did that with his Mustang. Converted a Cobra to a Saleen (under the hood and the trans all himself). HAHA he left Randy in the smoke tonight. Randy said he let off after 110 on Rt 100. My brother is an adrenaline junkie who loves speed.

We'll have to see what it can do in dry weather against his car.
I believe it was a stock late 90's GT and he converted it into a Cobra with a Saleen body kit. It has the 03 Cobra Terminator engine in it with a ported supercharger with smaller pulleys and an intake. That's as much as I know. He's pushing 480hp. His car weights like 4000something pounds where ours weigh what, 2900-3200lbs? Someone do the math and see why I could keep in front of him most of the time.
He said without the ported supercharger he was runnin 11.9's
We'll go down to the track in a couple of weeks.

What color is the s2000? Cause if it's the one i'm thinkin it is, that is one of the nicest cars i have ever seen!!!
