BUMP! Hey fellas! Why so quiet? Had some great weather this past weekend, anyone go out driving?
Does anyone know anyone with a red ss/sc with a 'supercharged' banner on the windshield?

I don't know anyone with a banner like that.
I haven't had my car for 3 months now and it's a least going to be 1 to 2 more.
Have fun everyone the weather is getting nice out. I'm down for some meets if I can get my car back.

The wheel baring split while I was on Route 2 doing about 70mph.
$8,000 in damage. It's all front end, nothing else was touched.

Congrats man. I forgot what it's like driving a Cobalt. I haven't seen mine since Dec 20th.

Spotted a Yellow SS/SC in Danbury the other day with polished aluminum wheels stockers. Anyone on the board?

Time is slowly, winding down.

It's all covered. I don't know if she will ever be the same.
I'll have it at the meet in May at Jannetty's.

Sweet. I'm kinda bummed that this meet is the same weekend as Import Wars... I would love to show off my Balt back home, but its got some paint work that NEEDS to be done. When I swapped wings I found that the stock wing rubbed right through the paint to the primer coat.

BTW, I stopped by Jannetty's today and ordered a Clutchmasters Stage 3 clutch and a Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel. I'll let everybody know how it goes come mid-April.

Lets just say that JRE is treating me pretty well. I enjoy doing business with Ted.

For the dyno: is it first come first serve? When you get there put your name on the list? I think I'll be able to make this one...I hope...

I think thats the way it will work. IIRC we can get on the dyno until 12:00 or so, so there should be ample time for everyone to get three pulls in.

This is how we have ran dyno days in the past.Don't forget to have your extra $100 bucks for the track rental event May 23rd. I just found out my GF is going away the week of the dyno to visit a friend in North Carolina.I'll have to make sure i have the WS6 keys in hand before then(HEHE)

meet should be fun. wouldnt mind doing the track rental. next week my car will finally be back on the road then its time for some tuning. what places have people had luck at?

note: i did call jennetty but was kinda turned off by the comment 'your really looking to blow that thing up', still i've heard good things bout them so i might go to them regardless. just looking to see who other people are going to

I'll probably pay for that when I come in for the clutch install.

Who did you talk to? They are probably just used to young guys throwing parts on their cars, having bad tunes, and thinking they are good to go. I think you'll be impressed with their place when you go to the meet.

Sweet. Why no dyno though? Nothing wrong with a 2.2!
