You can still get an HP tune from somewhere far away. It's called remote tuning. You just gotta get ahold of the software and a tuner first and then you go from there.

You might need a sanding head or possibly a hand file to grind the inside tabs down where the projector goes in.

pretty sure there's a round sanding head but i have a file out in the garage if i need it. how easy did your guys bowls pop out? you heated in the oven or what? i may just use a hair dryer to heat up the plastic a little bit instead of heating up the whole oven

Some guy looked into a manual swap.... it's more worth it to just buy a brand new car.

I threw mine back in the oven for another 10minutes just go get them to warm up and be a little more flimsy. I just gave a swift tug on my reflector bowls and they came apart really easily. Haha.

yea they look good man, i got my bowls all trimmed down and the projectors fit in real nice. now it's a waiting game till the bulbs/ballasts get here to do a test run and final fit on the projectors, in the meantime i'm not sure if i'm gonna paint the reflector bowls or not, pretty sure i'm going to but i need a better day to do the painting

You can still test them with an extra hid ballast and bulb. The bulbs just won't be fully secure, but they will work.

i already asked cody and he said no but i can't really use the stock bulbs just to test the cutoff and make sure everything is level can i? other than that all i have to do now is paint my reflector bowls and mount everything up

and mike pretty soon you'll be the only "unique" one left, everyone will have retro's except you
