I've got 2 already, not the best tread on them though

I don't know how to do it that's why I'm asking for help haha. I heard you can rent a spring compressor for like $60. Zzp shipped the springs out today ups ground so probably next Wednesday or Thursday since Phil will have my car all day Friday.
