Wert you said a guy on e with slicks ran a 12.77 but you got a built trans and a $1800 turbo so that's like 3k lol and to run a 12.8 and a 13.3 I was shocked. With my 93 tune wgem I was doing 1/8th mile I trapped 88mph you did 89 & 92mph not bad but for a zfr I'd expect some better times lol now granted you were spinning and slicks would help a lot but you could have got an aggressive 93 tune and slicks and prolly could have ran low 13s high 12s man. And you and Brian fight like a couple. And give it to Brian it was his first time at the track on 17s too so he ran decent times. He will get better. I just can't see spending 2k on a turbo and then a built trans and running ets that a fully bolted and tuned Balt can do on slicks but we will see your times when the slicks go on man!
2010SS ran a 12.77 @ 113 on perfect conditions and a 1.7 60ft while fully bolted, E85, and 15" slicks. I ran stock turbo, 18" street tires, intake, catless dp, and a cp with a time of 13.2@107 on a 2.0 60ft in a negative DA so the car was spot on. The times I've posted in the drag racing thread are the times I've posted while getting use to the different set up. Every time you go to the track with something new, you aren't going to nail it the first times there. Try driving a 4.45 trans and you'll be speechless as to how different and powerful it feels. I can barely go WOT in first or second and some third without breaking the tires loose. It's capable of high 11s on slicks and revving as far as I did on my last 2 passes. The 12.89@116 pass was a solid pass other than my baby launch. The only reason why I posted the 13.3 was to show it runs super good on 93, but I'm in serious need of traction trapping 120mph...

Lol. I didn't even pay $1800 for my turbo and I honestly didn't wanna buy a trans, but I had to since mine shattered third. No point in putting a stock trans back in if it's just going to break again. My tune also isn't aggressive seeing as I was having a huge injector misfire window when we had the turbo spool early cause of the high boost wastegate canister, so we tuned it down and I'm not full spool until 4200ish.

im not bashing you at all...but im done sugar coating it. i cant remember the last time there was an argument on the pa chat thread at all?? everybody is always nice to each other or has constructive criticism so if you cant take criticism then idk what to tell you. your car is nice dont get me wrong but just because you have a zfr doesnt mean you should bash your fellow forum members and idk what it is about you and brian and nor do i give two *****, but instead of being rude about how his times were try giving him some advice instead of making fun of him. yeah he may have bashed your times but thats because weve seen a lot of other people do so well, thats all. and not for one second did i doubt your car like i said get some slicks and the car will be a good track car it really will. perfect example is scythe snake you dont see him bragging up his car or bashing other members at all......he has the fastest balt on the forum let alone one of the nicest!! hes always helping people out. so im not bashing you at all man thats how your taking it

Guy at the track Tuesday at a GXP edition black pearl. The thing was so nice. I ran it twice and it wasn't even fair. He was on slicks and running 11.8s@114. After our runs he came over and BS'd with me cause he couldn't believe I was trapping 2 mph more than him on our runs.

Pretty cool. Page 292 when he posted his times, I wasn't nothing but helping and was trying figure out why he was only trapping 104 on E along with Brian. Not once did I bash him or his car. I posted my times Tuesday night and he stated I ran the basically the same time as a car running E and it was a waste and until today I was an ass... But I'm the one bashing and not being helpful. Something just doesn't add up.
