This morning at 7:15 in Elkridge on Rt.1 with the base Cobalt trying to race me in my SS?
It was blue with rims and a Razzi bodi kit with an AEM tag bracket and HP Racing stickers in the 1/4 windows. Young guy driving it with his hat on backward.

Did ya like the way the the rear of my car looked as I went past ya?! What were you thinking? LOL!!!!

 

Sorry bud, wasn't me. I have an Orange SS/SC in Elkridge.... lol. I can't seem to get anyone to race me as I guess they are afraid to be beat by a girl...

Can any 2.2's with mods keep up with a stock 2.4?

 

Of course...If I am not mistaken I heard on this forum the 2.2 2.4's track times werent to far apart

 

Also without and Nitrous. Thats would be cheating

HP Tuners ..... you can't just use it on everyones car if he bought it can you?

i would guess that if you had some decent bolt ons and could drive well, a 2.2 could keep up with a 2.4. but then again, a 2.4 with bolt ons and a tune should hang with an SC

I'll be the first one to admit that the 2.2's seems like they have ALOT more top end then our 2.4's. I had a 2.2 and it felt ALOT quicker then my 2.4 at say, a 70mph roll. I raced my sis' 2.2 in the 1/4 and although I had a better ET, she had a higher trap speed.

I'm gonna have to set something up with her from a 70 or 80mph roll and see how it goes....my guess is she'll actually start to pull away until the governor kicks in
