Pittsburgh auto show

If you mean Friday NIGHT... I could be in.
I don't know how much I'll enjoy it this year seeing as I'm going to spoil myself with going to a REAL Auto show this weekend in Detroit.
But I guess I can suffer thru the show.....lol

Alicia - the girls modeling werent the problem. That was the highlight. The show is just so chincy. I thought it would be cool to see some of these show cars and other unique stuff. The show (IMO) was like 1/4 custom stuff and 3/4 cars that we saw every weekend at the Irwin car cruise. Its seriously like a big indoor Irwin car cruise.

Dad refused to take me after I yelled at an owner for ruining a rare CHevelle...
Come on... if you're going to cut up and chrome out a car... do it to a regular Malibu and put SS badges on... don't ruin a rare LS6 Coupe to do that crap....
Yeah... I was like this even back when I was a kid.
I remember meeting Catherine Bach ( THE original Daisy Duke ) back then and that lasted me a long long time.... ahhhhhh the memories....

I agree Tim. That's actually what made being a model fun - it's one thing for normal people to criticize cars but it was so much more fun doing it as the "eye candy".
Actually when I did it there weren't too many "crap" cars. It was mostly based on themes. I remember there was a Little Mermaid Harley that a guy did for his granddaughter, a hurse, a disco beetle. Don't remember what else. Almost all domestics, but there was still some Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements going on...
