Hey guys, I need you to let me know who all wants to get dyno'd Saturday and I need you guys to let me know by 5pm. I have to call Hybrid back and they'll tell me how much space they have and I can let them know how many we plan on having.

Looks like I'm probably going to be IN for the dyno. And I may even know the final word on this other job before I leave for Texas. WOO HOO!!!!!!

WHAT TIME on Satruday... I have an obligation to be somewhere that afternoon, so if it's in the AM... I'm 100% in.

I think it is normally 80 for 3 runs.......but when I went last time, since there were 3 of us, it was 65

 

OK, well, I'm supposed to call them back later and find out what THEIR schedule is for tomorrow. Do you have a specific time when you can't make it after? I can see what they say and then add you in to the people who want dyno'd if they've got time before then.

 

Well the earlier the better. I need to be in Monroeville by 3, so I would say no later than 1:30-2:00 for me.

I'm heading to Summit today and picking up a K&N Air filter, DOT4 fluid, and Brake pads today.

Last post brings up a good point, I need to know what everyone needs as far as time goes...morning? afternoon? I can see what their time slots look like and we could *possibly* do some in the morning and some in the afternoon that way if we get a group rate it's good for everyone...

 

Like I said.... let me know what happens.

OK, I told Dave I'll work it around when he wants to go IF I can. Everything will depend on when Hybrid can get us in. Like I said, I'll see too if maybe some people can dyno earlier and some can dyno later.

Definately in. The earlier in the morning, the better to keep heat and humidity down. How many runs? And Alicia you said tomorrow meaning friday in ur post up a lil further...you did mean saturday right? Hopefully its less than $80.

 

So we've got 4. I'll shoot for early morning, as soon as they can get us in. I haven't heard back from Dave, but I want to get something scheduled. He didn't say anything about there being one time or another when he absolutely can't go.

 

Me of course. Just spoke to Dan(2.4) him too. Me and Dan(RL) were talking about it the past week so I know hes a go for sure too.

I really don't think hybrid can handle all these people at once. Just 3 of us last time was pretty bad. I might be getting a cat delete and if so, I will want Dan to be there with my dyno to help tune for that. So if we need to split up or something, I will just wait for whenever.

 

We'll see what we can do, I told them 3-4 people this morning and he didn't seem to think that was a problem. There are 7 of us in total that want to go. I'm calling them now to see what we can do.

 

Yah count me in too, i want to get dynoed. Tell them we want it for like 3 hours and tell them we will pay by the hour. It cant be that expensive with 7 or 8 people. Takes at the most 20 minutes to dyno a car. So tell them we need to dyno 7 cars for good, possibly 8 and we will pay X amount of money for it. Say we rent the dyno for 3 hours at $400 and 7 of us get dynoed thats only $57 a person, or $50 if we have 8. That in my eyes is cheap as **** for 3 pulls.

+1 that would work out good. Hopefully those guys dont add it all up b4 hand and see that they would actually be loosing money...

 

OK bad news guys, this weekend is a no-go. They are overbooked for Saturday. They can do M-F no problems, or if we all want to go as a group we can do a Saturday if we call a couple weeks in advance. They can do some cars next Saturday, but not the whole group. If some of you want to go next Saturday and the rest of you want to go some other Saturday, we could split into a couple smaller groups.

 

Added a poll since it seems everyone's interested in doing this. Vote for day and rather you'd like to go as a big group or a smaller group. Hybrid said they can accomodate a larger group with advance notice.

Note, if you guys are going next weekend, you gotta get another planner. I'm going on vacation so you're SOL on a planner for next weekend. Anything after that though, I'll be glad to help out.

 

me and shaun called yesterday about getting dynoed. the guy said thursday would be the best day and the more people the cheaper. i was going to post to see if anyone wanted to do it then but you beat me to it. but thats when me and shaun wanted to do it cuz they arent as busy on thursdays. so we would have more time to do it.

 

How the hell do you get there. Weekdays are good for me after 1:30pm which is when i get out of work, other than that im willing to go next weekend. I want to see what everyone else is doing so im waiting to vote.

 

right off of route 30 there is an exit for 119. straight till youngwood and it will be on the right. almost to route 70. pretty easy to find.
