Same old -- gates open @ 5:30, racing from 6:30 - 10:30. I managed to swap work days, so I'll be free to go.

Anyone else?

I'll most likely be there. ED and the insane SRT might be there as well. He should get it back tomorrow or t-day. If that is the case... I'm sure he'll want to see what it can do... 430 expected WHP....

I want 12.9 hahaha.

Just looking @ other car's trap speeds who are running high 12s, they're trapping 102-107ish. I have nuts high trap speeds....curse of FWD I'm sure Dan feels the same way w/ his 109 traps...

haha I didn't run a 12.9. I'd LIKE to.

Highest trap was 107, w/ a 13.6 run. Which means...on most RWD cars or w/ FWD and traction mods, 12s. But I like my axels as is.

Ahhh...deception...lol

I was wondering how you go tinto the 12's. I've not seen a FWD car on street tires running that yet... and saw an EVO that was 90% stock and it ran 13 flat...

Looking forward to flogging the SS a bit more. Hopfeully the weather holds.

Heading up to Summit this week to get some stuff...

Me and dan did some tuning today and im getting ludicrous amounts of knock retard which is cutting huge amounts of timing. I bought new gas which helped a little, then we thought maybe i was getting phantom knock from my torque brace and it helped somewhat, saw some improvement. Then we went to the last resort, im getting new plugs, rob aparrently had the same problem with his car and went to these plugs and it fixed the problem. WHen i regapped my plugs from the stage 3 to 5 they were black as hell so maybe if i get new plugs it will fix the problem.

Nice seeing you today Karla, lol. What were you guys doing out there? Kinda far off from home.

I will be there, and I am going to run this time. I am also going to order a clutch tonight I think. From talking to Dan, I think I might go with a Spec 3+. I will just wait on the flywheel. So before I order it, please post your opinions, lol. The CM FX400 scares me now after what I saw with Luigi's car.

Awesome. You'll have a blast. If you and Wes want to meet up somewhere around the Tubes or downtown, we can caravan up. I don't think anyone else is coming from the south.

I am up for it, just let me know. Maybe even earlier and grab a small bite to eat. Cause with our luck, something will break again and we will be there till 1am again.

I'm going with a spec 3+ later this year with a G85 tranny and fidanza flywheel. From what I've read around here, the spec 3+ seems to give the least amount of problems and can take a beating. If you need a hand installing it, lemme know.

It isn't so much needing a hand. I need a place to install it. I could get my hands on a FX400 6puck for a damn good price but I am scared to use it, lol.

I am thinking about getting the FX300 since it holds the amount of power I need, but I've also heard good things about the spec 3+. I am gonna wait till Rob gets back to me about it. I asked him a few questions about his 3+.

If I do get one and get a place to put it in, I will let you know though. Will you be able to come up on Wed to the track?

I work on call, I won't have any idea if I can go until probably that morning. If I'm off, I plan on showing up though.

Lemme know which clutch you end up going with though. Its prolly gonna be my next mod, so I'm getting really curious about driveability and such. Luigi said his had no problems as far as driveabilty goes and I'd like to see what a Spec 3+ is like if you end up putting one in.
