Silver Lt/Ls sedan with a giant black wing black wheels and I believe a black dragon decal down the side usually spotted near McKeesport around 4 (probably coming home from his job at "Uncle Ben's"). Who's is it?

anyone in here from the Doylestown Area? today is the 3rd time i have seen a black SS lowered on supercharged wheels in the Cross Keys Place shopping center getting food around lunch time lol car looks dope.

Spotted yellow ss with what appeared to be TC or aftermarket wheels. Black hood and and black wing. 80 west getting off at bartonsville exit. I was in an ambulance heading eastbound
