for life the only thing you will have to renew is your resale tax number an tax id but thats only if you wanna buy an sell part shirts an ect but idk if you need to renew those as for i havent an my company has been in the system for 2years now

yea russo i hear ya but we have to find another way to open the club up and really get more ppl to wanna join and BE ABLE to join..otherwise i can't envision us getting a few local groups from our many locations together and if we cant get alot of ppl in local areas then that means no meets and no Club activities which really destroys the point of organizing a club in the first place

think of a name get it copywrited
get decals for all the members...

then i will get my decals made aswell for members....
heres the good part
i will hook up the members with a discount that we agree on from the companys parts that i will be selling

couse you have the company name then a dba with another name

 

I like the 200hp+GM car or delta/ecotec idea, it opens up the club to more members which will be needed to host nice size meets ,etc . Also if any1 can get decals made cheap we should do something similiar 2 the shirts and have the decal say TSR with the same tach behind it as in the shirt.

rules will have to cover the car club as for the companys giving discounts but they will most likly send you over there own rules. stateing as rule number one (must attend X amount of shows in a yr if fail to do so will take to next level in full payment of parts discounted on)

as for the name tri state racing isnt bad but then down falls will be an eye catcher for cops

on my old car i had g spot racing with the soccor girl on the back of the car an got pulled over everywhere i went for that

also TSR seen those letters around they cant really do much legal wise couse it will mean something different then what theres will stand for

fees: add in the website fees then any extra cash should go into a car crew account which will help out for when/if we go to out of state car shows that will pay for tolls hotels an if someone blows out a tire or something money can be fronted but will have to be paid back in full to the account
