13.2 @ 110. nitrous/bottle warmer line broke. ran the spray but with no warmer. max is my witness. my 2nd run i blew apart my dp and was running an open header. thought i blew up the car but instead i dragged the pipe down the track making sparks everywhere. at the end of the strip the stand by crew (fire debt guys) were flagging me down telling me i was shooting sparks down the whole track. i kind of felt like i was in fast and the furious numbero UNO. . . .

Computer: Stage 1 Complete
ME: <presses Stage 1 NOS button>
Computer: (beeping) Danger to Manifold!
ME: "Shut up!" <slams shut laptop lid and presses Stage 2 NOS button>

`sparks flying everywhere lol

Shall we all set up a little meet or something? I would like to have an all cobalt meet set up. Since there aren't that many of us out there (at least who mod their cobalts) I think we should set up a date and place to meet again (since I couldn't make it to the dyno shop to meet all of you wackos).

Let me know ... just a thought since the weather is getting nicer and people are more open to meets in the spring/summer than winter/fall.

well i'll be setting up another CobaltSS.net Dyno Day, it'll be a couple months from now though. but in the meantime.... i want to have a good sized CobaltSS.net meet down here in Delaware. last fall i had one at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Dover, DE..... had nothing but locals show up. so i think i might set one up in Wilmington, DE since it'll be a little bit closer for PA & NJ people. i'll be sure to keep you posted.

Man this thing died. So any plans yet for the next dyno day?

I've decided to abandon the TVS. Sorry guys. I'll just be adding my 2.7 and 60's.

Booo just install the TVS. I have already decided to get my TVS tuned by tune time performance. As soon as it comes in I'm probably going to set up an appointment and head their way. Too bad buying parts and going to dyno days never match up. It should be in a few weeks. All I hear are great things about tune time, and that Matt is great at tuning balts. So I'm even more excited to drop some cash to get my set up finally running. I can't wait to actually go to a meet. I still haven't been to one. Delaware is full of old people with buicks!

Nah I still need to get motor mounts, rotated mounts, stage 2 axles, new exhaust, etc. All that is like another 2k plus install/tune costs and to get the car where I really want it it'd be another 2k+ on top of that. Yea it'd be sweet to have a 300-350whp cobalt. But seriously, I'll be running 12's at best which just doesnt justify spending that many thousands of dollars. I'm just gonna sell everything off and then use it to pay off some of my loan. Then pay higher each month to get it paid off sooner and buy my real car. Probably C5 Z06 or 6.0GTO and s/c or t/c it. Then we'll see what's what haha

Sounds good!!! I think mid-June would be good. That'll give people time to save up if they're getting stuff done.
