Don't get a gm stage kit. Go with a zzp stage kit and have BYT tune you. Oh and buy some supporting mods first.

I was going to get a heat exchanger first and i have a full exhaust and intake. Do you know how much it would cost to get it installed and tuned?

Stage 3 kit is easy to install yourself. I did mine in a day, Have zzp flash your pcm then have BYT tune it

It is pretty easy to install yourself you just need the pulley puller tool or have a shop with a press take off the stock pulley and press on the new hub. Not sure how much it would cost total but BYT's prices are very reasonable. Go to backyardturbo.com and email them for a quote. They also have their tuning prices listed there.

I had my pulley pressed off and the new hub put on for $20 at a garage, I was happy to pay that instead of dealing with it myself.
